T-Cut The Original Restorer has been trusted for cleaning and restoring the original colour of cars since 1954. Its unique formula effectively brings back the deep colour and lustre of paintwork while removing oxidation, scratches, ingrained road grime, tar spots, and baked-on insects. In addition, it contains no silicone and leaves no harmful residues, making it ideal as both a scratch remover and paintwork colour restorer. Furthermore, it rejuvenates tired paintwork and perfectly prepares surfaces for the next polishing stage, waxing, or repainting.

Beyond automotive use, this versatile product can also restore and polish painted surfaces in the home, on caravans, bikes, and boats. It’s equally useful for metal polishing, domestic appliances, and even antique restoration, making it a true all-rounder.

Note: For Metallic and Pearlescent paint finishes, use T-Cut Paint Perfection instead. Avoid using the product in hot conditions or direct sunlight. Do not apply it to unsound or freshly painted surfaces, glass, vinyl, unpainted or plastic bumpers, or car trims. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Dispose of the cloth after use.

Directions:

For best results, we recommend using two quality microfibre cloths — one damp cloth for application and one dry cloth for buffing.

1. Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry.

2. Shake the bottle well and pour a small amount onto the damp cloth.

3. Working on a small area at a time (approximately 1 sq ft), apply the product in a circular motion.

4. Immediately buff off any excess product before it dries.

5. Finally, apply T-Cut Ceramic Wax or T-Cut Final Glaze to protect the paint finish and leave a brilliant, long-lasting shine.
